MOCA was initially formed as a full-service government relations and consulting firm based in the U.S. Virgin Islands, with reach across the broader Caribbean. The firm provides legislative and regulatory advisory, strategic partnerships, and business and real estate development services.
MOCA has established a strong track record of delivering high-impact results at the highest levels of government, serving more than two dozen clients across the region.
